We worked closely with Ruth to be the first to import her hand-crafted, artisan-design jewelry and treasure boxes for you here in the U.S. Her work is featured in prestigious art markets around the region, and, as with so many of our talented artisans, her business is a family affair. Her daughter Monica Berenice helps keep their business thriving.

The Tesora Collection
We've named these amazing boxes "Tesora" - Spanish for treasure. These hand-tooled, engraved, detailed trinket, jewelry, display, catch-all containers of gorgeousness are truly multi-purpose wonders. Perfect for jewelry, of course, watches, special notes, simply on display, to commemorate a special occasion, and so much more.
Ruth uses a special, exceptionally bright alloy known as Alpaca Silver. Tarnish free and highly durable, it's made from a composite of nickel silver, copper and zinc. There is no plating, and the lustrous sheen will only get more beautiful over time. I've had mine on display for three years, and it's as beautiful as the day I brought it home.

The stones are hand-picked and harvested, and are an extraordinary selection of quartz, marble, turquoise, onyx and more. No two are alike, another reason we call them our "tesoras" - our treasures.
