First stop on our artisan scouting trip was London, and what a colorful and cosmopolitan way to launch the artisan adventure!
While not expected, our hotel (the gracious and history-packed St. Ermin) had a surprise display of fun and beautiful pottery the hotel owner had acquired at various times and places throughout London.
An auspicious start to our journey! (PS, the hotel staff was beyond kind with early check-in privileges and a surprise, luxurious upgrade. A wonderful place to stay in the heart of this vibrant city).
